Terms of Service

UnClick lets you capture or import photos, browse a personal gallery, optionally use location-aware Ghost features, and request AI-generated “reimagine” variants. Features may change, be limited by plan, or require an internet connection.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use UnClick on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.

You retain ownership of photos you capture or import. You grant UnClick a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the features you request (including AI generation and cloud sync).

You represent you have all rights needed to upload and process the content, and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

AI outputs are machine-generated reconstructions for creative/entertainment use. They may be inaccurate or unrealistic. They are not evidence of historical events, identity documents, or factual records.

You must not use UnClick to:

• Create illegal content, including CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Impersonate others in a deceptive or harmful way
• Violate others’ privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
• Circumvent safety, billing, or rate limits

We may refuse or remove content that violates these rules.

Paid plans (e.g. Plus, Pro) may be billed through:

• the Apple App Store or Google Play when purchased in the mobile apps, or
• Stripe when purchased on unclick.it

For App Store / Google Play purchases:

• Prices and periods are shown in the paywall and confirmed by the store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (Apple) or according to Google Play rules
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID / Google Play subscription settings
• Restore purchases is available in the app for previously purchased entitlements
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies

For Stripe (web) purchases:

• Prices and periods are shown on the website checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until cancelled in the Stripe customer portal or your account page
• Refunds are handled by UnClick / Stripe under applicable law and our policies

Unused free-tier generations do not roll over unless we expressly say so.

Do not reverse engineer (except where law allows), overload, scrape, or abuse the Service; do not attempt unauthorized access; do not use UnClick for spam, malware, or fraud.

The Service relies on providers (e.g. Supabase, Cloudflare, AI vendors, Apple, Google). Their terms may also apply to payments and store distribution.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNCLICK AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) EUR 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

You may stop using UnClick and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or Service discontinuation. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data and is incorporated by reference.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide additional notice where required.

Unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.
