Uncilck is a program, which can be managed online by the customer, that allows the creation of a website in a fast and easy way.

Does it also include the domain name and e-mail accounts?

Yes, each website includes one domain name of your choice between .it, .com, .eu, .net or .org and one or more e-mail accounts.

Are there any other expenses besides the fee?

We will not charge you any extra fee. There may be an extra cost only if we are requested particular changes to the system that we haven't yet implemented.

Do you offer assistance after the activation?

Yes, you may request assistance from our staff using the assistance form or by telephone.

What background knowledge should I have to manage my website?

No specific knowledge. The system has been created considering the needs of non-expert users. Furthermore, the user will be guided during the creation of the website by our technical staff.

How much time does it take to register a domain name?

Registration times vary depending on its extension. It may take between one hour and 48 hours.

I already have a website with another provider. What should I do?

If you already have a domain with another provider you can choose between two solutions: 1. Modify the domain's IP addresses, replacing them with those of our provider. This is only possible if you can access the DNS management. 2. Transfer your site with us.

Why buying one of our websites?

By buying one of our dynamic websites you will be able to update it constantly, even without requesting our technical support. The website will be complete, with numerous services, you will be the one to decide the website's graphics and you may ask for customised ones.

Can I create variations for each product?

Yes, you can create unlimited variations for each product, you can also add an additional price, based on decrease or on percentage.

Can I control the control panel with my mobile phone?

Yes, the control panel is visible on all new generation mobile phones. If you have an iPhone you can use the app which has been created specially for e-commerce management.
