Information about the article. 13 Law. 196/03
Under Article 13 of the law. 196/03 we inform you that the processing of personal data is aimed solely to perform the operations necessary to the establishment and enforcement of contractual relationships with customers and suppliers, or the obligations arising from legal requirements. In particular, the treatment maybe made for the following purposes: 1) in order to fulfill obligations imposed by law, such as, for reasons related to billing, the keeping of accounting records, verification of social security position and / or insurance, etc.., 2) in order to fulfill the obligations arising from contracts concluded with us by customers or suppliers, and 3) the performance requirements of market research, marketing, operational and / or strategic (including the sending of advertising material, processing studies and market research, etc..) 4) consulting and professional relationships; 5) other purposesrelated to the management of litigation (debt collection, credit transfers and factoring operations, transactions, etc..).
The processing operations can be performed on paper and magnetic fields using manual and computerized, adopting appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, with access controlled and limited to those authorized in the manner prescribed by the Legislative lgs.196/03. Subject to confidentiality obligations assumed by agreement, the processed data may be disclosed: a) to persons whose access is granted, or such disclosure is required under provisions of law or other legal rules, b) subjects to whom such disclosure is necessary in order to fulfill its contractual obligations or in order to manage and regulate the events relating to the contractual relationship.
The nature of the data can have both mandatory and optional in relation to the different goals of treatment.

If you refuse to provide data or allow the different processing operations, including communication of the same, different consequences may arise, including: 1. the impossibilityto start or continue the contractual relationship or carry out the tasks related to the execution of the same, 2. the impossibility to effect some operations which require the communication of personal data to subjects which are functionally related to the operations themselves; 3. the failure to provide personal data to subjects which carry out other activities, not functionally related to the contractual relationship, but related to instrumental activities to those undertaken by our company (marketing, customer research, analysis of customer satisfaction, etc.. ).
You are entitled to access data concerning you and to exercise other rights provided for in Article 7 of Law. 196/03, in particular, you can: request correction, updating or integration of inaccurate or incomplete data;request the deletion or blocking of data treated in violation of the provisions of the law, oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data.
